I had the pleasure of meeting Sean, Kevin and Jack. Sean checked out my heat pump and recommended three options for repair. He explained everything in detail and I went ahead with one of the options. Kevin and Jack installed the new system yesterday. Kevin also explained in detail what he was going to do.
All three employees were personable, knowledgeable and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I couldn't have been more pleased. All three are an asset to Royal Plus, Inc.

From 1998 until last year, another Service Company had my A/C service contract. I finally had it with them and called you for last years’ service contract. I didn’t renew this year because I was going to put in a new system. I called you and 2 other companies to bid the contract. One company wasted 5 days of my time until telling me that they don’t have a license to work in Ocean City. The other contractor took 17 days to get me a proposal. Sean Adkins gave me 6 proposals after only 2 days. I wonder what Sean was doing for the extra day (HA! HA!)? Needless to say, I was hoping yours was going to be the better bid, since I was so pissed off with the other company. Well, I made the correct choice. Sean and his crew (both the HVAC and Mike’s construction crew) did a freaking fantastic job. I gave Sean the keys to my place, since I couldn’t be there. The work was done on time, looked great and the place was spotless. Sean and his team should be given super HIGH marks. I know how hard both he and his men worked. It was the easiest of jobs, crawling around in both the attic and crawl space under the unit. I couldn’t be more please. You have a costumer for life. Thanks again Sean, great job.

My husband and I had Royal Plus install a new HVAC system in our house in May and we wanted to write to let you know how impressed we were with your staff. Sean was very good when he gave us the estimate and explained everything so well. I did get 3 quotes and even though yours was higher, we elected to go with your company based on Sean’s expertise. On installation, Kevin was outstanding. He and Sean make a great team, we wish we had them at Salisbury Transmission! Earlier this week, I managed to destroy my mother\'s AC/Heat thermostat. After trying to resolve the problem on my own - installing a new thermostat - the AC still wouldn\'t come on. Thus, I called the wonderfully helpful Sally. She contacted Sean Adkins and, even though it was after hours, Sean called and tried to walk me through solving my problem so I wouldn\'t need a service call. He certainly is an asset to Royal Plus - not just on this occasion but on previous issues as well. Yesterday, Doug and Jack came out to my Mom\'s house and made quick work of restoring the AC. Like everyone else who has provided Mom and me electrical and AC service, they were knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. It is very reassuring to know we have a local source of GREAT service!! Thanks to all of them.
I recently had several projects done at my house by Royal Plus, and wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the quality of the work, responsiveness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service I received. I had an old heat pump removed and a new one installed, plumbing work done, and a bathroom restoration project. In every instance, the professionals at Royal Plus did a great job, including Kevin and Jack who installed the heat pump, Doug who did the plumbing work, Mike McMahon who identified the source of the bathroom problem and oversaw the restoration, Mike O'Laughlin who restored the bathroom to its former state (it looks like nothing was ever done to it), and Sally, Cheryl and Jennifer for handling the office functions smoothly.
I would like to call special attention to Sean Adkins. You are very, very fortunate to have him representing your company. He assessed each situation, called in the right help from within your company to resolve the problems, and stayed on top of all the projects. He has my complete confidence. Whenever in the future I need help, I will always turn to Sean first for his assessment and recommendations. He goes above and beyond expectations for customer service.
You have every reason to be very proud of your team. I am glad I found them, and have told everyone I know about what a great job they did.

Returning us to Normalcy
Early this morning, we received a phone call from the Ocean City police who said we had an obvious water leak with ice covering our driveway and other locations in our yard. We had never previously experienced such an event, and were at a loss for what to do. We closed the water coming into our home and called knowledgeable fellow Ocean City Volunteer Fire Company volunteers. They advised me that the job would be too large for me to handle alone and I decided to call Royal Plus.
From that moment on, my anxieties were reduced. Royal Plus call takers were understanding and courteous. They assured me that, even though their current workload was overwhelming, help would be forthcoming.
About 3:00PM, two Royal Plus vehicles arrived. They evaluated the situation and, immediately placed a pump in service to empty our flooded crawl space. Rather than going into too much detail, Sean Adkins and Kevin Parkin worked until domestic water was brought back to our home. I must add that this was accomplished under miserable weather conditions. Never a complaint, never faltering, testing and retesting their repair, and always with an uncommonly excellent disposition. They ended their effort around 8:00PM and were headed for other waiting
Both of your employees deserve recognition; however, Mr. Adkins is an obviously devoted worker and is very complimentary and loyal to Royal Plus. You have a gem. In conclusion, a heartfelt "thank you" to Royal Plus, and to your other employees who were involved in returning us to normalcy.
