Preventative Maintenance Plan
As part of this agreement, a qualified technician will inspect your HVAC equipment twice annually to ensure proper operation and efficiency. These maintenance visits will be scheduled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., excluding holidays.
Repairs performed during these standard hours will be billed at our regular service rates, with a 10% discount applied to the total invoice. Any repairs conducted outside of normal business hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—will be billed at applicable overtime rates, also with a 10% discount applied.
During your scheduled maintenance visits, our technicians will clean or replace air filters, provided the homeowner supplies them. If filters are needed, Royal Plus will request prior authorization to purchase and install them, with costs invoiced accordingly.
